Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Introduction

Welcome to www.ecomitrabharat.com (the "Website"). These terms and conditions (the "Terms") govern your use of the Website and the purchase of products from the Website. By accessing the Website and/or purchasing products from it, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the Website.

2. Products and Orders

a. The products available on the Website are subject to change at any time without notice.

b. All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to reject any order at our discretion.

3. Pricing and Payment

a. All prices listed on the Website are in INR i.e. Indian Rupee and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

b. Payment for products must be made at the time of purchase. We accept UPI,Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Online Transfers IMPS, NEFT, RTGS but no Cash On Delivery (COD).

4. Shipping and Delivery

a. We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days of receiving payment.

b. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and other factors beyond our control. However, normally products are despatch from our end within 2 days and delivery is done in next 4-6 days.

c. We are not responsible for any delays or failures in delivery caused by events outside our reasonable control.

5. Returns and Refunds

a. We accept returns within 2-4 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

b. To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] to obtain a return authorization.

c. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 days of receiving the returned item.

6. Limitation of Liability

a. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Website; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Website; (c) any content obtained from the Website; or (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Jurisisdiction of all disputes shall be Indore (MP)

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 10 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
